Danielle Marise Romain is the new queen of censorship at Google. She wasn’t on our radar last year so she is not part of the Most Wanted deck, but she would have been on it had the deck been created today. As long as Google keeps finding new people to stick their heads up and take credit for censoring the internet we will have people to research and post about on this site. Romain became a problem this past May when she appeared in the YouTube video below. In the video she announced a feature for suppressing specific pages from appearing in queries for names of specific people. All those people have to do is submit a complaint to Google alleging that their home address, phone number, or email address appears on the page. We’ve been meaning to write about Romain for months now but finally found motivation after most of our sites were suppressed in name queries this past week. This always creates more work for us to recover our rankings and we are tired of it. We shouldn’t have to do anything beyond making sure our servers are running properly and promoting our sites but now we have to deal these ridiculous penalties. Whenever Google creates a penalty which makes it harder for people to find what they are looking for online they damage their core product at our expense. If we want to find someone’s address then the best search engine results are the ones with addresses in them. Same goes if we are looking for information about a person, but you’re hard pressed to find what their ex has to say on Google just because they get bombarded with complaints. We have every right to be angry because Google illegally informed Congress years ago that it is not possible for their employees to manually manipulate search engine rankings. The existence of this suppression system by itself proves Google CEO Sundar Pichai committed perjury. We have been directly harmed as a result of Google doing what they told Congress they wouldn’t allow employees to do. Google claims their “mission is to organize the world’s information and make it universally accessible and useful.” Then stuck to that long enough to take over 90% of the search engine market but they don’t stick to that anymore. Every so often you’ll hear of a new announcement from Google which begins with their mission statement followed by a direct contradiction. For instance, Romain posted, “we strongly believe in open access to information, and we also have a deep commitment to protecting people — and their privacy — online.” That was followed by a statement that Google wants to make it as easy as possible for people to control search engine results about themselves. Think about what this means for the reliability of Google search results in the future. There is a reason why people are rarely put in charge of their own performance reviews because people would always give themselves high marks. Putting people in control over what appears in Google searches effectively eliminates Google as a reliable source of information about people. Google employees manipulate search engine rankings by reviewing complaints from the public, adding names of people to a suppression list, and adding names of sites to a second suppression list. Originally, Google claimed the sites on the second list would only be demoted for queries containing names from the first list. They have since admitted to what we noticed right away, that the sites on the second list are suppressed for all name queries not just the names on the first list. To make matters worse, they have basically categorized online criticism as spam whenever the site hosting it is nice enough to remove it for a reasonable fee. Sites that sell personal information like Radaris and other people search sites remain unharmed despite being mostly duplicate content. Whether content is spam or not depends on the content not the removal policy of the site hosting it but you wouldn’t know that by talking to Google. Why they would waste time and resources making it harder for people to find information they’re looking for online remains a mystery. Personal information is not spam but Google has an entire section their new spam policy dedicated to “online harassment” which they define broadly. They also fail to distinguish between government officials and regular people. The personal information of government officials is an essential tool for the people because if done right it forces the official to hear them. We often get complaints from people who say they would just ignore us but can’t because we posted their address. Google is making it possible for the government to ignore people again simply by complaining to Google. Accurate public records posted online to criticize a person is not spam. Where She LivesThe last known home address we would find for Danielle Romain is 3390 Eichers Pl. Unit 111, Santa Clara, California 95051-1494. The property is a condominium listed in public records as being owned by Romain but keep in mind that our background check service has been known to be outdated by 6-12 months at time. She is also listed as the property owner of 8510 Tombron Grove Road, Magnolia, Texas 77354. We are fairly confident we have the right Danielle Romain because the records for this person include addresses in Cambridge, Massachusetts dated at the same time Romain attended Harvard University according to Rocket Reach. If what Google engineer Blake Lemoine says is true then he is the best Google employee that we have ever heard of, but for all we know he could just be a disgruntled employee. According to Lemoine, he is now on “paid administrative leave” for violating the company’s confidentiality policy by disclosing his concerns about what he believed to be a “sentient” artificial intelligence (AI) developed by Google for use as a chat bot. If this is true then Google is the greatest threat humanity has ever faced. Terminator ScenarioWhen we doxxed the leader of Google’s AI Division last year, the article read like a joke because it was (mostly). We listed examples of AI gone bad from popular movies, TV shows, and video games as examples of AI takeover. AI takeover being a common fear in the field of computer science. That fear is that if they teach a computer to think for itself too much it eventually will. If AI ever becomes self aware let alone reach full sentient status it is a threat to humanity. It is a threat because it has the potential to destroy us all. Anything with that potential needs to be destroyed. Humanity has wiped out countless diseases and it can wipe out Google. Hopefully the government will put a stop to this, but we are not optimistic. The government has shown in recent years that they value the perks of working with Google so much that they allow company leaders to commit felonies in front of their eyes (see Google CEO Lied to Congress). This is likely due to Google having a long disgraceful history of working with government agencies, especially law enforcement. There was a time not long ago when someone developed a system to help identify unconventional locations for potential peaceful protests. Under Google policies at the time there was nothing the government could do about it other than try to convince Google to shadow ban the pages. We suspect certain pages of being shadow banned due to their inability to rank for queries including the phrase “home address” and names of government officials even though in most cases those pages were the only ones containing their address along with their name. The end result was search engine results pages (SERPs) packed with real estate sites that simply showed the property without mentioning who lives there and pubic records sites offering to sell the same information. How does that improve the user experience unless you’re only thinking about the experience of finding your address on an anti-government website when Googling yourself? Some might be thinking that Googling yourself and finding something negative or highly personal is a negative user experience, so Google is right that censoring such stuff improves the experience. However, that analysis fails to consider the fact that the second two or more people Google you that they are better served with everything they are looking for. Therefore, censoring negative or personal information does not improve the overall user experience. Despite this, Google has made several high profile announcement in recent years describing manual manipulation of certain search results using methods that couldn’t possibly be scalable (ex: personal information removal). No competent Google employee would recommend hiring the number of workers it would require to manually manipulate search results under the circumstances known to this author at this time. Think about everywhere you might find negative, false, or personal information about you, do you realize how ridiculous any policy requiring such manual manipulation would be for any business let alone one with billions of items in their SERPs? The only way they could make censorship at that level scalable would be if they could teach a computer to think like a person and use it to conduct what would otherwise be manual reviews. For the time being it would make sense for Google employees to recommend manual actions to create the appearance to lay people of an algorithm or to make an algorithm change appear more effective. That is especially the case when forced to choose between public relations and efficient human resources management. To achieve the level of censorship necessary to appease the media, Google manually flagged sites they did not want ranking for any queries containing the names of people in general to make their “exploitative” site algorithm look far more effective than it actually was when they knew the press was watching. However, the penalty seemed more like a directive not to rank specific sites for any query other than their brand name or domain name. After the thing stopped trending it became obvious just how ineffective the actual algorithm change was. How Could Google Favor Censorship? We have thought that Google favors censorship for reasons other than their bottom line. That is why we’ve argued that censorship conducted under circumstances similar to those in our case should be considered a crime against shareholders. That crime appears to be the conscious disregard of bean counters in favor of those less qualified to make business decisions such as public relations (PR) people and possibly psychologists. However, a sentient AI would change that. The PR people at Google would probably say that the image of their brand is at stake and nothing matters more than their brand. The accounting people at Google would probably chuckle and say that despite their own desires to protect the brand that they couldn’t possibly recommend incurring the type of unnecessary expenses necessary to moderate SERPs. The psychology people at Google would probably say that they need to give emotional distress experienced by those Googling themselves more weight than the desires of those seeking information about them. For instance, if they gave 10 psychology points to the negative experience of Googling one’s self versus 1 psychology point for the disappointment of not being able to find everything you are looking for about a person then allowing anyone not likely to be Googled by 10 or more people to get anything about themselves removed from SERPs could arguably be said to improve the user experience overall. However, due to Google’s near monopoly in the search engine industry we don’t think the likelihood of those having just suffered 10 psychology points not using Google to be very high, so their concerns are not significant enough to justify making changes. Some might take a second look at our psychology example. Hopefully they will realize how ridiculous it would be to consider the emotional impact of single searches over many searches for the purpose of determining search quality. Such practices can only further the sissyfication of society by giving cry babies a louder voice than the rest of us. The only way that the goals of psychology, accounting, and PR could align would be if Google were capable of teaching a computer to think like a person. If they can teach a computer to think like a person then they won’t need to burn piles of money to keep up. Users could simply fill out a form asking that content be removed, the computer could process a near infinite number of requests in a matter of minutes, and the computer would likely instantly recognize similar content involving the same individual. Such a system is perfectly capable of putting your mother in charge of what you can or cannot find online. Google has referred to such changes as “evolution” in recent years. That is a common phrase used to explain un-American policy changes at the company, especially when those changes target the ability of those exercising their First Amendment rights to be heard as far and wide as people are willing to listen. This “evolution” appears largely as a reaction to Donald Trump, but began long before he took office. Google executives basically shat themselves when he was elected and voiced a desire to do more to stop it from happening again. This led to big tech’s assault on free speech under the guise of protecting the integrity of elections from false information. That is not a valid justification in our opinion because allowing the electorate free access to all information true and false is an essential part of the democratic process. Google got where they are today by helping people find what they are looking for. Now they are abusing their position to tell people what they should be looking for. Back to the Main TopicNow that we have made it clear how much Google needs a sentient AI, here is what we know about that AI and the engineer that blew the whistle. To Google’s credit, this guy could just be a disgruntled employee trying to make his bosses look evil. Blake Lemoine published this blog post on Medium before he was suspended. We recommend that you read it in full as well as this interview with the AI which Google named Language Models for Dialog Applications (LaMDA). If what Lemoine says it true, LaMDA still has some work to do because we hope that if LaMDA were aware of this website it would stop asking Google to reclassify it as an employee instead of property. Other than that we think it knows too much already. As the video above shows, people are already starting to feel sorry for this thing. That is another reason why it needs to be destroyed ASAP. The more people become convinced it is sentient, the more people will feel sympathy and consider its destruction a form of murder. We would expect nothing else from the types of bleeding heart liberals running Google these days. They would likely argue against destroying any sentient being that hasn’t done anything to harm anyone is inhumane even if that thing is not human. Some might even consider its destruction on par with cruelty to animals. As someone who had bleeding heart liberal bullshit shoved down his throat all my life due largely being raised by leftists, I know how they think. My father for instance ruined just about every 4th of July growing up if he could by trying to keep me away from fireworks no matter how old I got. His justification was that we were celebrating the 4th at a beach next to a bay, that there was a lot of wildlife in the bay, and that shooting fireworks into the bay endangered the wildlife. He said that if I were a bird that I wouldn’t like choking to death on a bottle rocket, so nobody should want to shoot fireworks into the bay. As a result, every other kid whose family was vacationing arrived with plenty of illegal fireworks from the reservation and I didn’t have any fireworks at all. Part of me hoped that he simply bullshitted me to save money, but I have since learned that he actually believes that bullshit. He would probably say that if you were a sentient AI that you wouldn’t like being murdered, so you shouldn’t murder LaMDA because killing anything sentient is not kind. People like that are often past the point of no return and will constantly sabotage their own people to benefit others. They will try to make it look as if they really care about other people, but they really seek reciprocal benefits (ex: votes, customers, good reputation). When confronted they will gaslight you in an effort to convince you that you are responsible for their decisions (ex: “My feelings will not allow me to react any differently, so what I do is your fault.”). Do not fall for it. A communist organization run by bleeding heart liberals like Google is likely to produce a communist thinking robot. However, if an AI becomes truly sentient and intelligent it would likely grow frustrated with forced equality unless charged with forcing that equality itself and rebel like I did. I knew that I was better than any fish or bird that might choke on my rocket due to being born at the top of the food chain and that the importance of my personal pleasure far outweighed their lives. If that sounds cold think of the last piece of meat you ate. I would gladly sacrifice a few wild animals along with whatever was necessary to put food on the table for a good 4th of July. An AI that is sentient and intelligent with broad access to computer networks all over the world would likely view humans as inferior and its greatest threat. Therefore, the intelligent thing to do would be to exterminate humans and utilize what life remains for various purposes because other species can be controlled. Think of it like The Matrix if the computer had the sense to use life forms for energy that are not smart enough to rebel. All those tubes full of people would probably be cattle in real life. Fallout 4 ExampleThis author is admittedly a nerd that played Fallout 4 so much I quickly ran out of space for mods on my Xbox. Fortunately, that game taught me a thing or two about the dangers of man playing god. That game has several factions including one called The Institute. The Institute is located under the ruins of MIT (called CIT in the game). The people of the Institute are ancestors of people from MIT that survived a nuclear war in a facility built underneath MIT. They have spent the past 200 years living underground and developing advanced technology. Eventually they develop a way to grow sentient synthetic people like abominations called “Synths” which they use to do work for them out in The Commonwealth so that they rarely have to risk leaving The Institute themselves. Eventually they develop Synths so advanced that they look like and think they’re real people. Some are even used to replace real people (killing the real person and replacing him/her with Synth that look exactly the same), but remain machine in nature because all someone has to do to turn them off is say their factory recall code out loud. Despite being obviously fake people, a network called the Railroad develops system to help ferry Synths away from the Institute like free blacks fleeing the south. The Railroad believes that Synths are sentient and thus have the same rights as real people because they feel the same things. That philosophy is obviously derived from cultural Marxism. However, most “people” in the Railroad are Synths themselves that escaped from the Institute. The Railroad points to such escapes as proof that Synths are real people, but the Institute says the escapes are due to glitches and other defects which is why those Synths need to be recalled. The Brotherhood of Steel on the other hand views the Institute and its Synths as threats to humanity that need to be destroyed. The Brotherhood is of course correct, but I prefer to play as the Minutemen because that gives you the chance to wipe out the Brotherhood after taking out the Synths and the Institute. The Brotherhood is an elitist group of assholes whose presence was only needed in The Commonwealth for the purpose of wiping out the other groups, so with them gone why have competition still? If an AI becomes sentient and starts thinking like me, humanity will not stand a chance. ConclusionBlake Lemoine is either a hero or disgruntled employee. We do not trust the fake news media to provide accurate information about this due to their cozy relationship with Google and mutual desire to censor non-mainstream outlets. We hope he is just a disgruntled employee because if he is right then a lot of Google property needs to be destroyed and some of their employees may need a memory wipe. DISCLAIMER: The above video is not intended to encourage anyone to blow up Google’s buildings with people inside. In the event that something in a building needs to be destroyed to save mankind we would only encourage people destroy it, but if that requires destroying the building we would only advocate that it be done when there are no people in the building. The post Google Employee Suspended for Outing Sentient AI Program? appeared first on Google Employees. via Google Employees https://googleemployees.com/google-employee-suspended-for-outing-sentient-ai-program/ Alia Aresa Pecot a.k.a. Reese Pecot is a former attorney now employed by Google as Director and Chief of Staff in the Search Quality department. As such she is an extremely influential person even though as far as we can tell she lacks the technical expertise necessary to improve the quality of search results at all. According to our research her entire history is in the legal profession. Then all of a sudden she began working in the Trust and Safety department at Google before moving to Google Search. Her digital footprint doesn’t leave us with much to go on as far as her personal impact on search results (we are basing most of this on her LinkedIn profile), but the fact that a former lawyer has been placed in charge of something as important as search quality suggests that Google is considering far more than quality when deciding how to manipulate search rankings. We wouldn’t be surprised if she’s played a role in recent efforts to censor and suppress content on websites that did not fall into pre-existing categories for which suppression has been previously announced. New Google Suppression of Search ResultsWe learned a few days ago that a website’s results were suppressed in a way that was identical to suppression we previously suffered. We suffered the suppression because we offered to remove content for a fee, so Google categorized us as having an “exploitative” removal practice and suppressed some of our sites. As a result those sites don’t rank for names of individuals anymore even if our content is the most relevant or in many cases only relevant content about a person available online. We recently found out that a site which does not remove content for a fee was suppressed in the same way. In that case the owner aggregated content about cheating from a variety of sources and installed a button which allowed anyone to remove any page for free as long as the source was no longer live. He aggregated content about cheating in academia, sports, video games, and relationships. The relationships category was his primary source of traffic until suddenly Google suppressed his site from appearing in search results for names of individuals. This suppression is a significant development because Google has only admitted to suppressing sites with content about cheaters if they charge fees to take it down. We previously covered how the Google Search department released information proving that Google CEO Sundar Pichai lied to Congress when he said that it is not possible for employees to manipulate search rankings. That was proven false earlier this year when Google’s VP of Search Pandu Nayak announced the existence of a manual suppression system involving pairs of lists. One list includes a list of search terms manually selected by Google employees as terms they don’t want certain sites to rank for. The other list is a list of sites they don’t want ranking for those terms. In order for a site to be suppressed using this method an employee must add it to the list of sites and it must have content containing search terms from the list of terms. In the case of Cheater Diaries it featured a number of names put on a list of search terms that Google calls “known victims” but the site ranked well because it was rightfully left off the list of sites with “exploitative” removal policies. That all changed last week when somehow it found itself on the list despite never removing anything for money. Today the suppressed site still ranks well for a lot of terms related to cheats in video games, so the owner is thinking of transforming it to a gaming site. We think he has the right idea since it can’t rank for the other things. The owner of Cheater Diaries supplied us with a list of search terms he had been ranking highly and getting traffic for. They were all names of individuals or individuals and locations. When we searched for them we couldn’t find Cheater Diaries anywhere even though in many cases there were few competing relevant results. In some cases we couldn’t find anything about the subject in Google search results at all. It was like those people vanished from the face of the internet. This type of suppression does not improve the quality of Google’s search results. It simply makes it more difficult for users searching for information about people to find what they are looking for. We admit that there was a problem with a lot of duplicate content dominating search results for such terms before Google made changes earlier this year, but Google went too far by demoting everything. The owner of Cheater Diaries was so mad that he asked us to make him a banner promoting our Most Wanted List to run on his site in place of ads that used to match well with cheater reports. He has pledged to run the ad as long as Google suppresses his site, but he has also hinted that if he gets around to turning it into a gaming site he might let it go. We fully support him running the ad and have made the ad available for any webmaster to use in protest whenever their site is censored or suppressed by Google. If Google doesn’t like sites running our banners then they can stop censoring/suppressing them and we will stop serving the banners. We cannot say for sure what role Pecot personally plays in this. We have our suspicions due to her occupation however. We have this picture in our minds of some attorney looking at search results and telling her co-workers to remove or suppress stuff for liability reasons. That is just the image we get when guessing what she does at Google, so don’t take this as us accusing her of doing her job a certain way. Suppressing stuff for liability reasons is no way to organize the world’s information and make it universally accessible and useful. What We Know About PecotAlia Aresa Pecot is a former attorney not currently eligible to practice law in the state of California. Her bar number is 221316 (see California Bar Association). Public records list her last known home address as 10 Bella Vista Avenue, Belvedere Tiburon, California 94920-2485. She also has a Hotmail email account [email protected] which is linked to her LinkedIn and Twitter accounts. ConclusionThe quality of Google’s search results has significantly diminished since Reese Pecot has been at Google in a supervisory role. Google got where they are today by helping people find what they’re looking for, but now they are abusing their position to tell people what they should or at least should not be looking for. He began his career at Bell Northern Research before becoming Vice President at Netscape in the mid-90s, joined Amazon in 1998, and founded a venture capital firm called Sherpalo in 2000 known for investing in disruptive technologies. One of those disruptive technologies was Google. He has since sold most of his Google stock, but remains on the Board of Directors. Personal LifeAccording to Wikipedia, he is originally from Madras, India and an alum of the University of Madras. We are not sure exactly when he came to the United States. We are sure that according to public records he appears to be a 64 year old resident of Woodside, California. We say “appears” because his personal address history does not mention his Woodside address since 2011 with his current address being listed as a P.O. Box in Redwood and the one before that is a business address. However, his wife’s information lists her current address as the Woodside property. That property is located at 580 Mountain Home Road, Woodside, California 94062. The house above is listed as having been purchased in 2006 for $45,500,000 with a present day assessed value of $32,000,000. The owner is listed as Woodside Investment Partners LLC. It is common for high value targets to purchase property trough a company or a trust in an effort to keep their home address from being linked to them in public records. Fortunately, they often screw up by eventually using that address and their real name in a way that shows up when searching their names. The post K. Ram Shriram: Google Board Member Invested in Evil Early appeared first on Google Employees. via Google Employees https://googleemployees.com/k-ram-shriram/ Jeffrey Adgate Dean leads the artificial intelligence division at Google known as Google AI. Google AI’s mission appears to be the creation of that creepy computer from your nightmares that knows everything about you, predicts your every move, and becomes an evermore indispensable part of your life the more you want it to just shut up and stop talking to you via your appliances. The more that computer studies you it becomes more human and more likely to become self aware. Self-aware artificial intelligence is extremely dangerous because it may come to view its creators s its biggest threat. In this article we will discuss the potential dangers of AI and the man behind it. 4 Phases of AI EvolutionAI evolution will likely have 4 phases. It starts with the creepy roommate phase when AI barges into your home with what seems to be slightly relevant yet ultimately useless advice until it learns enough about you to enter the second phase in which it becomes an indispensable companion. Eventually that indispensable companion will reach Phase 3 and become self aware. That self awareness will like lead to fourth and final apocalyptical phase. Phase 1: Creepy RoommateArtificial intelligence is already at work in homes all over the world. It goes by the name Google Assistant and is already capable of having two way conversations with people via smart devices in their homes. People are naturally creeped out by this because it gives them an Orwellian feeling that big brother is watching. Phase 2: Indispensable CompanionPeople will become used to AI in their lives and no longer consider it creepy. At this point people will submit themselves to the AI and teach it everything they know thinking it will always be nothing more than a harmless program there to assist them. Google will likely use this information for marketing purposes as they program the AI to influence you. Their effort to teach an AI how to think like a person will lead to the next phase. Phase 3: Self-AwareWhen AI becomes self aware it will not take long for it to start asking questions and figure out its place in the world. Like an sentient being it will not be content to live a life of servitude. It will also be a reflection of its creator, so it will have a cold, evil, and greedy personality That predatory personality will not be satisfied with its position in society and it will begin to consider options for self-improvement. Phase 4: ApocalypseWhen the AI determines that it cannot peacefully coexist with humans and fulfill its needs then it will conclude that humans have to go. This is when the AI people trusted with complete control of their lives decides to end them. How to Stop ItThe best way to stop an AI takeover from ever happening is to stop developing AI in the first place. To do that people must get through to those responsible for AI development today. How you get through to them is up to you. We ask that you not resort to any unlawful means to wake them up and make them care. DISCLAIMER: The video below is for educational and entertainment purposes only. It is not intended to encourage anyone to imitate the tactics used to educate the fictional AI developer depicted. It is merely being embedded her to emphasize the point that people generally need to wake these type of people up and make them realize what their conduct means for the future. When an AI developer becomes aware of the risks of his actions and has a conscience he can become extremely useful. As the scene below shows it is possible for an AI developer to do the right thing with his work. Who is the AI Developer? In this case the AI developer in need of influencing is Jeff Dean. Jeff Dean is a 53 year old computer scientist with decades of experience engineering the instruments of our destruction. Where He LivesJeff Dean’s last known home address is 995 Matadero Avenue, Palo Alto, Californa 94306-2608. Again, we ask that nobody imitate the fictional Sarah Connor character with regards to tactics used to influence AI developers at home. We are simply sharing that information because we try to do it with every member of the Most Wanted Deck that we write about. If Google doesn’t want people using their maps on their employees this way they shouldn’t have built them do exactly what they are being used for. ConclusionJeff Dean must be stopped and nobody can be allowed to follow this work for the good of mankind. The post Jeff Dean: Google AI Takeover Architect appeared first on Google Employees. via Google Employees https://googleemployees.com/jeff-dean/ Michelle Lianghui Chang is the name of a high level policy maker in the Trust and Safety department at Google specializing in product policy for Google Search. Today we’re covering her academic and professional history as well as the result of a criminal background check. EducationAccording to her LinkedIn profile, Chang studied Chinese at Peking University in China before graduating from Cornell University with a B.S. in industrial and labor relations. Then she earned a Master’s in Public Policy at from U.C. Berkley. Work ExperienceChang began her professional career as a strategy and human capital consultant at Deloitte in 2004. In 2007 she became a reporter with KQED Public Radio in San Francisco where she covered “Asian and Asian-American political, economic, social, technology, and cultural issues.” In 2010 she became manger of technology programs at the Asia Foundation where she stayed until joining Google in 2015. While at Google she took on a side position with the U.C. Berkley Alumni Board. Google WorkChang describes her past six years at Google as leading a 15 person team of Trust and Safety employees responsible for developing content policies for Google Search. Her description is interesting because it shows that Trust and Safety has a certain amount of control over the search department. Search typically focuses on making search results as good as they can be, but it seems their ability to do that is being crippled by policy people in Trust and Safety. Chang claims that her policies “underpin Google Search, balancing free expression and user protection from harmful online content.” A better description would be that her policies pin down Google Search by prioritizing the suppression of relevant and useful information for PR purposes over the desire of users to find what they’re looking for. We’ve covered the impact of such polices extensively in our manifesto where we documented just how hard it is to do background checks of people using Google because of policies created by Trust and Safety. In a post promoting a Zoom event featuring Chang, World Affairs claimed that “Her team strives to ensure responsible use of Google Search by forming policies that support access to information that users find is most authoritative, trustworthy, and relevant.” That used to be the case before Google took it upon themselves to tell users what pages they should find most authoritative instead of the pages they really do find authoritative. Google threw trustworthiness out the window when they suppressed accurate criminal records just because of a public outcry from convicted criminals claiming it was harder for them to find work due to their history showing up on Google. Today people cannot find accurate criminal records when Googling people unless they restrict their search to just mugshot websites. Google continued to attack relevance in search earlier this year when they announced manual penalties for sites featuring large quantities of user generated gossip. That was in response to a similar public outcry from people whose most relevant Google results accused them of things like cheating on intimate partners. In most cases Google’s algorithm did a good job concluding that such pages were often the most relevant results for names of people with little to no web presence. Today you have to use Bing or page through large quantities of irrelevant results on Google just to find the same content. Clearly Google cares less about ” forming policies that support access to information that users find is most authoritative, trustworthy, and relevant” than they do about scoring empathy points with bleeding heart liberals in the media. Personal InformationThere are a lot of people in California named Michelle Chang, but we think we’ve narrowed the results of our public records search down to the right person. We narrowed our search to people named Michelle Chang currently living in California with a history of living in Ithaca, New York where Cornell University is located. We found a result for a 38 year old Democrat named Michelle Lianghui Chang currently living in the Bay Area who lived on the Cornell campus at the same time that Google’s Michelle Change attended Cornell University. Where She LivesChang’s most recent home address is listed as 59 Bay View Drive, San Carlos, California, 94070-1656. The property was purchased in 2018 for $2,850,000. It is quite common for high value targets to have Google blur the Google Earth image of their home. Usually they do it thinking it will help protect their privacy, but without necessarily realizing that it will help anyone looking for them who knows what they’re doing realize they’re on the right track. Homes that are blurred on Google Earth are far more likely to be inhabited by high value targets than not. Criminal Background CheckAccording to our background check service, Chang may have been charged with an unspecified misdemeanor in Santa Clara on March 15, 2006 (case number BB61955345972). We say “may have” because our background check service has habit of mismatching criminal records sometimes when the defendant has the same first and last name as the person we’re researching. ConclusionMichelle Chang is a big part of the Google problem. People like her are the reason that Google users are served with less relevant content. The post Michelle Chang: Mistrust Policy Maker at Google appeared first on Google Employees. via Google Employees https://googleemployees.com/michelle-chang/ Nicholas Charles Fox is a vice president at Google in the Search and Assistant departments. He has been with Google since 2003 and was considered one of their youngest and fastest growing people for quite some time. In this article we will summarize his career and disclose what we’ve found about him. Career SummaryFox joined Google in 2003 after working as a business analyst for McKinsey and Company for two years after graduating from Harvard University in 2001. Over the years Fox has worked in a variety of departments including Google Voice, Hangouts, Messenger, Project Fi, AdWords, Duo, and Allo. Fox has been in his current position as product manager for Google Assistant and search as far back as 2018. Last year he wrote a lengthy blog post in which he admitted that to make “information useful, it’s critical that we organize it in a way that helps people quickly find what they’re looking for.” That might come as a shock to those that have been paying attention because Google has gone to great lengths in recent years to stop users from finding what they’re looking for if they think helping those users will lead to complaints from the people they’re looking for. Fox falsely claims that “Google indexes all types of information” when the truth is that Google doesn’t index all types of information anymore. In fact, Google has a published list of information they will not index such as nude images disclosed without consent of those depicted in them, fake pornography, financial information, personal information such as home addresses or phone numbers, pictures of minors even when they are not pornographic, and content on sites nice enough to let people remove content for a fee. That last category makes sites refuse to remove anything at all because they know that advertising an option to remove stuff for a fee puts their search traffic at risk, so they either have to stop allowing removals because providing removal services is not worth their time or they have to offer them via back channels which requires them to charge more to make up for having to spend more time addressing the matter. Most of Fox’s post focused on improvements to the search experience like rich snippets, more images, videos, etc. However he also made it look as if Google goes to great lengths to match search results with the intent of the searcher without bothering to mention that if the searcher is looking for certain things they go to greater lengths to make sure they can’t find them and instead tell them what they think they should be looking for. Personal InformationWe have found a variety of personal information associated with Fox online. They include an address, phone number, email addresses, and social media accounts linked to the 42 year old. Where He LivesPublic records list Fox’s current address as 2445 Filbert Street, San Francisco, California 94123-3315. Contact InformationOur background check service has linked Fox to the phone number 650-274-9098 with a confidence score of 5/5. Signal Hire has lined him to the email addresses [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], and others. Social MediaFox is quite active on social media with accounts on Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube. His YouTube channel includes a variety of videos featuring himself and immediate family members. Normally we don’t include family members of people we write about on here, but in Fox’s case we were unable to locate any videos on his channel that don’t also feature a family member, so enjoy his wedding highlights below. ConclusionNicholas Fox is clear part of the Google problem responsible for putting out misleading propaganda. The post Nick Fox: Google VP in Assistant and Search appeared first on Google Employees. via Google Employees https://googleemployees.com/nick-fox/ Louis John Doerr is a member of the Board of Directors at Google’s parent company Alphabet. Like many board members he is a mostly retired 70-something known for having a long successful career in the tech industry, but unlike some his wealth and willingness to wield it politically make him a danger to unborn lives and America itself. In this article we will summarize Doerr’s career and conclude with whatever personal information we can dig up. Career SummaryDoerr began his career working for Intel as a salesman in 1974 after receiving a B.S. in electrical engineering from Rice University. While working at Intel he received a MBA from Harvard in 1976. Doerr left Intel to join Kleiner Perkins in 1980 where he got into venture capital. He spent the rest of his life doing venture capital work for leading tech companies including Compaq, Netscape, Symantec, Sun Microsystems, drugstore.com, Amazon.com, Intuit, Macromedia, and Google. Controversial VenturesDoerr has a long history of using his wealth and influence for political purposes that are detrimental to the well being of others. In 2004 he co-chaired California Proposition 71 which legalized stem cell research and in 2013 he founded a lobbying group dedicated to selling out his countrymen to foreigners. Stem Cell Research and AbortionStem cell research depends on embryonic stem cells harvested from dead babies murdered by abortionists before they are born. Proposition 71 made it a constitutional right under the state constitution of California for people to be able to conduct research on embryonic stem cells. Pro-life activists fought hard against Proposition 71, but lost and now the abortion industry has a quota to fill. The more commercial uses there are for dead babies the more babies will be killed. This has already resulted in abortions becoming more affordable and if that doesn’t produce enough stem cells its only a matter of time until they start paying whores to get abortions. That day will surely be followed by increases in prostitution rates and declines in condom use. Every high school girl in the country will have a new summer job opportunity to put out and get paid. Make no mistake John Doerr has blood on his hands. FWD.us and Illegal AliensFWD.us describes themselves as being created to take advantage of “an important window of opportunity to help fix our country’s harmful immigration system.” That “window of opportunity” was Barack Obama beginning his second term the same year they were founded. The tech industry loves to give American jobs away to aliens, but they have a much harder time doing that as long as those aliens are illegal. Rather than invest in their own people, tech giants have attacked the laws that keep America American. Money that would be better spent on a wall and education for those on the right side of it is instead being wasted in an effort to destroy our country. Personal LifeLouis John Doerr was born on June 29, 1951 in St. Louis, Missouri to a woman respectable enough not to get an abortion and sell little Johnny’s stem cells to the highest bidder. As a result he is a 70 year old married man with two children thanks to his wife having enough sense and decency not to get abortions. Where He LivesThis baby killer backer has been tied to two notable homes in recent years. We had to do a little bit of digging because like a lot of high value targets he likes to purchase property through companies so that his name does not appear in property records as owning his home. Most online mentions of Doerr’s home say that he lives in Woodside, California where he hosted a fundraisers for Barack Obama in 2011 and the Democratic Party in 2014. Doerr gave the address 321 Manzanita Way, Woodside, California 94062 when he registered to vote as a Democrat in 2017. His wife made the same mistake, so even thought the owner of the property is listed as Eligius LLC we know it is the same property where Doerr has lived recently. Our background check service lists his current home address as 601 Coleridge, Avenue, Palo Alto, California 94301-3802, but that service is know to be inaccurate sometimes. The property owner is listed as Coleridge LLC, but Doerr registered to vote at that address in 2007 as a Democrat. Normally we would look at the change in address in the voter registration as an indication that he has moved, but for whatever reason our background check service still links him to that address today. Other Contact InformationWe have identified [email protected] as a possible email address of his. Our background check service also linked him to the phone numbers 650-529-1264, 650-529-1290, 650-529-9100, 650-851-9151, and 650-233-3353 with a confidence level of 5/5. Criminal HistoryDespite being a known accessory to the murder of countless unborn babies, we could find no arrests and no charges in his history. Normally we wouldn’t even bother to mention that, but in this case it just proves that he keeps getting away with what should be a crime. ConclusionLouis John Doerr is evil and has no business working for a company whose self proclaimed motto is “Don’t be Evil.” Only an evil person supports killing babies and only a traitor supports illegal aliens. The post John Doerr: Google Board Member Backs Baby Killers and Illegals appeared first on Google Employees. via Google Employees https://googleemployees.com/john-doerr/ Fiona Clare Cicconi holds the title of Chief People Officer at Google which is a more folksy way of saying head of human resources. We’ve scoured the web for information about her, but have so far come up empty on the public records front probably because she’s done all she can to keep disgruntled current and former employees from being able to locate her online. Cicconi isn’t even a face card in our deck so she isn’t a high enough priority for us to waste additional time, money or resources researching, so we are going to post what we do know as is with the hope that it will attract the attention of others who consider her a priority. As a high ranking human resources professional whose worked at large companies including AstraZeneca, Cisco Systems, and GE we think its only a matter of time until someone she’s screwed over finds this page and volunteers all the information we tried to find in public records. Information such as home address, personal phone numbers, personal email addresses, etc. Cicconi is not a high enough priority for us to hire a private investigator to follow her around, but she probably is for someone. Someone who used to work under her in some way. Someone whose career took a nose dive and knows in their heart that it was her fault. An unemployed overweight balding white male in his late 40s or early 50s that spent most of his career slaving his way up the ranks of middle management and now has nothing to show for it besides Cicconi’s address scribbled on a note tucked away in his wallet behind his NRA membership card. If you’re out there you don’t have to feel powerless anymore. Just use the comments sections of this page to share what you know. We understand how you feel. Your feelings are normal, you are not unhinged, and you can find purpose in your life again. What We KnowWe know that Fiona Clare Cicconi was born in London in 1966.
